Gluten Free Ajo Blanco Dip
A delicious vegan dip but also gluten free. Based on a traditional Spanish recipe of Ajo Blanco. This is traditionally a cold soup made using stale bread and almonds with olive oil, water and salt. I modified the recipe using cannellini beans and made it as dip rather than soup.
