I’m Susan - a Nutritional Therapist, Health & Wellbeing Coach, and former chef with over 10 years of experience helping people reconnect with their health through real food and practical support.

This cleanse reflects my core belief: that nourishing your body doesn’t have to mean restriction or struggle. Food should be as delicious as it is nutritious - and small, intentional changes can make a surprisingly big difference.

My approach combines personalised nutrition with a deep understanding of how the body responds to gentle resets. I often focus on gut health, as it plays a key role in everything from digestion and energy to skin clarity and immune function.

If your body’s been feeling a little “off,” this 7-day programme offers a chance to pause, reset, and start feeling like yourself again - with guidance every step of the way.
